Exploring Japanese Food Manga with Dr. Lorie Brau

Dr. Brau's research interests include folklore, food and culture, and the theatre, traditional music, and popular culture of Japan. She is presently researching food in Japanese popular culture for a book on Japanese culinary comic books (manga). Her work includes:
